Sepolia beta

FAQ & recovery

Help with creating, collecting and continuing where you left off.

Which network and ETH should I use?

Use Sepolia and test ETH for creation, trading and network fees. Mainnet storage funding is disabled during this beta. New uploads may be restricted or temporarily unavailable; saved recovery remains available.

Check Contract & network status if transaction controls are unavailable. Use Retry check when it is offered.

Is storage always free?

Publication requires a current, verified quote with no storage top-up, covered by confirmed credits or the provider’s available free allowance. A positive quote stops publication and retains your draft and recovery access.

Check the current limits shown before preparing files. Signed items include signatures and metadata; covers, rights documents and package files also count. Wallet and shared-IP allowances are limited, so a small file alone does not guarantee a free upload.

How do I resume a saved upload?

Keep the original browser data and reconnect the same creator wallet on Sepolia. Open My objects, then Continue creating. Reselect the original files if the saved draft requests them.

Use the recovery action shown in the draft. Retry preparing saved file can continue preparation from retained bytes when available. Store & verify can retry retrieval for an approved upload. Keep an unresolved payment or transaction for recovery before considering another submission.

Why is file verification still pending?

A provider can accept files before they are available for retrieval. Keep the draft and use Store & verify when offered. Creation stays blocked until the files are retrieved and their bytes match. A detected mismatch remains a blocker.

Storage details show file retrieval, provider settlement and independent Arweave observations separately. A receipt or successful retrieval alone does not prove permanent availability.

Are my files permanent?

Treat publication as permanent: the site cannot remove published files. Review the artwork, rights and payment terms before publishing and creating.

Unpaid staging can expire and its bytes can be reclaimed. The draft, recovery credentials, file IDs and hashes are retained, but retained identities do not prove publication. An expired upload needs a new draft and the original files; preserve the old draft for recovery.

What if a transaction is interrupted or replaced?

Check your wallet activity and the Recover an interrupted transaction panel shown for your connected wallet. For an unknown outcome, identify the original transaction and enter its mined hash. A known transaction can also be recovered using its mined replacement; recovery checks the wallet, nonce and exact call.

My objects shows recoverable offers and Available to withdraw. Each object holds its own withdrawable balance.
